About Taylor's Technical Triage Inc. (T3sos)
Taylor’s Technical Triage Inc. (T3sos) started in 1993 providing assistance to friends and family for computer diagnosis and repair. With ever-changing technology, it has grown to include consulting over purchasing new equipment or analyzing software or hardware requirements. Since then, it has grown to support an increasing client base.
Cheryl Taylor has over 30 years experience performing technical triage and providing specialized support in technical communication and desktop publishing. Ms. Taylor has extensive experience in project management, systems analysis, technical writing and editing, website building, and website maintenance. She specializes in renewable energy documentation and illustration, refinery construction standards, and refinery administration standards. She has extensive experience with documentation analysis, content management, and translation management. |
Cheryl has been a member
of the Society of Technical Communication (STC) since 2005. She has been a recipient of two Excellence awards and six Merit Awards for outstanding technical documentation from the STC for 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2014. See the NEWS section for details! 
Cheryl Taylor was one of the first to receive the Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC) certification from the STC in March 2012. |

The Legend of the Thunderbird
The thunderbird is also known as the phoenix. It represents the ability to rise up out of the ashes of defeat and start anew (sounds like working with computers to me…). It was chosen as the logo for Taylor’s Technical Triage due to the nature of the service provided. We resurrect files from dead hard drives (when possible), replace failing parts, and clean up existing software so that the computer will come back to life. We take files (resumes, manuals, specifications, photos, or illustrations) and clean them up so that they look professional and read cleanly. Thus bringing new life to old documentation. |
